Safe successfully opened

Anew era of use has begun for the former headquarters of Commerzbank. While the façades of the two existing buildings have largely been preserved, the interior definitely heralds the arrival of the 21st century. Together with the harmoniously integrated new building, a vital mix of offices, gastronomy and shops has been created, whilst quiet inner courtyards and roof terraces offer a retreat from the hustle and bustle.

With its mixture of old and modern, the three buildings integrate perfectly into the booming and creative Berlin-Schöneberg district. Tenants for the total of 27,000 sqm of office space have already been found, including Sony Music.

pbb is financing the project with the amount of €138 million.
